Pennsylvania signs and advertising
49 Pa. Code § 35.305 says advertisements must include the employing broker’s business name and telephone number, equal in size. REAL’s PA instructions specify “Real of Pennsylvania” and 855-450-0442. If your name appears, use the name on your license; REAL says a nickname must be registered with the state. Any address must be a brokerage main or branch office. REAL also says your name or team name/number cannot be larger or bolder than the brokerage name/number. Use current state templates, and ask the broker team to check a proof if anything is unclear.

Workvivo and your local community
